PAMM Investors

1. Is there a demo account for PAMM Investors?
No, there isn’t. PAMM Investors must transfer their funds to their PMC and the actual trading takes place on the live accounts of traders that have been evaluated by the PMD for a minimum of 30 days and have been approved as Strategy Providers.  
2. Can an Investor use a Bonus in the PAMM Program?
No, he cannot. PAMM Investors do not have the opportunity to use a Bonus or Promotion in the PAMM Program unless otherwise stated.
3. What is Portfolio Management Cash (PMC) for PAMM Investors?
A PMC is the dedicated wallet each client has within the PAMM Program. It’s meant to facilitate transfers between your trading account and your PAMM account. 
4. How many PMCs do PAMM Investors have?
Investors can have up to two PMCs for the PAMM program. One denominated in USD and one in EUR. 
5. Do PAMM Investors need to go through the standard FXTM registration first?
Yes, all PAMM Investors must first register and become approved clients of FXTM.
6. Can FXTM guarantee the positive performance of an investment portfolio?
No, we cannot. There is no assurance of a portfolio’s positive performance from FXTM and you should note that past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. How can a PAMM Investor deposit funds to his PMC?

Approved PAMM Investors can follow the steps below to fund their PMC wallet:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Choose your preferred deposit method:
    1. Internal Transfer to existing trading accounts:
      • Click on ‘My Money’ on the left-hand sidebar and then click on ‘Internal Transfers’.
      • Select the Trading Account from you wish to withdraw funds from.
      • Enter the amount of funds you wish to deposit.
      • Choose the PMC account you wish to transfer the funds into and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Enter the PIN you receive in either your email/ mobile phone and select ‘Submit’.
    2. External Transfer:
      • Click on’ For Investors’ on the left-hand sidebar and then select ‘FXTM PAMM Program for Investors’
      • Go to the Portfolio Management Cash Wallets section and select the portfolio you wish to deposit funds into and click on ‘Deposit’.
      • Select a payment method: Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Transfer or E-wallet.
      • Select the PMC Account you wish to deposit funds into
      • Enter the currency and amount of funds you wish to deposit and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Choose the Recipient and add the Credit Card or Bank Details, then press ‘Confirm’.
8. How can a PAMM Investor withdraw his funds from PAMM?

If your funds are invested in a portfolio please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Click on’ For Investors’ on the left-hand sidebar and then select ‘FXTM PAMM Program for Investors’
  3. Under ‘My Investments’ select the portfolio you wish to withdraw funds from then click on ‘Withdraw’.
  4. Enter the amount of funds you wish to withdraw, then click ‘Submit’.
  5. If you want to withdraw the full amount, select the “I‘d like to withdraw all funds and close the account” option.

If your funds are currently in your PMC please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Choose your preferred withdrawal method:
    1. Internal Transfer to existing trading accounts:
      • Click on ‘My Money’ on the left-hand sidebar and then click on ‘Internal Transfers’.
      • Select the PMC you wish to withdraw funds from.
      • Enter the amount of funds you wish to withdraw.
      • Choose the account you wish to transfer the funds to and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Enter the PIN you receive in either your email/ mobile phone and select ‘Submit’.
    2. External Transfer:
      • Click on ‘My Money’ on the left-hand sidebar and then click on ‘Withdraw Funds’.
      • Select a payment method: Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Transfer or E-wallet.
      • Select the PMC you wish to withdraw funds from.
      • Enter the currency and amount of funds you wish to withdraw.
      • Choose the recipient and Credit Card or Bank Details and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Enter the PIN you receive in either your email/ mobile phone and select ‘Submit’.
9. Why are PAMM Investors required to take a suitability test?
As per the relevant regulatory requirement, the Company is required to perform a suitability test for each investor. This test will also help the PMD determine the investment objectives and risk profile of each investor. 
10. What is the minimum deposit required to become a PAMM Investor?
The minimum deposit limit for new PAMM Investors is $/€100.
11. Is there an early withdrawal penalty for PAMM Investors?

No, there is not. PAMM Investors can withdraw their funds at any time they wish and no penalty will be applied to their account.

12. How long does it take to withdraw my funds?
It can take up to 3 working days to process withdrawals, depending on whether your funds are invested in a strategy that currently has open positions.
