PAMM Strategy Providers

1. What is a PAMM Strategy Provider?
A Strategy Provider is a skillful trader that provides strategies to the FXTM PMD and receives compensation for his successful results.
2. Is there a demo account for PAMM Strategy Providers?
No, there isn’t. Strategy Providers can only trade on live accounts. 
3. Can a Strategy Provider use a Bonus in the PAMM Program?
No, he cannot. PAMM Strategy Providers do not have the opportunity to use a Bonus or Promotion in the PAMM Program unless otherwise stated.
4. What is Portfolio Management Cash (PMC)?
A PMC is the dedicated wallet each client has within the PAMM Program. It’s meant to facilitate transfers between your trading account and your PAMM account.
5. How many PMCs do Strategy Providers have?

Strategy Providers can have up to three PMC’s in the PAMM program. One denominated in USD, EUR and one in GBP.

6. Do Strategy Providers need to go through the standard FXTM registration first?
Yes, all Strategy Providers must first register and become approved clients of FXTM. 
7. What are the requirements to become approved as a Strategy Provider in the PAMM program?

In order to become approved as a Strategy Provider in PAMM, a trader needs to have a good performance track record either with FXTM (for at least 1 month) or with another broker.

8. How many strategies can a Strategy Provider create?
Strategy Providers can create as many strategies as they wish.
9. After a Strategy Provider is approved, what is the minimum deposit they must make?
The minimum deposit limit for Strategy Providers is $/€100. 
10. How can a Strategy Provider deposit more funds into his Strategy?

In order for a Strategy Provider to deposit more funds into his/her Strategy he/she must follow these steps:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Click on the Trading Services on the left-hand sidebar and then Click on “PAMM Program for Strategy Providers”
  3. Choose the appropriate strategy you wish to deposit funds to
  4. Click "Add funds"
  5. Enter the amount of funds to be deposited 
11. How can a Strategy Provider withdraw funds?

To withdraw funds from their PAMM Account, Strategy Providers must first send an email to investments@fxtm.com with the amount they wishes to withdraw. When the request is processed, the funds will be transferred to their PMC. 

To withdraw funds from a PMC, Strategy Providers must follow these steps:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Choose your preferred withdrawal method:
    1. Internal Transfer to existing trading accounts:
      • Click on ‘My Money’ on the left-hand sidebar and then click on ‘Internal Transfers’.
      • Select the PMC you wish to withdraw funds from.
      • Enter the amount of funds you wish to withdraw.
      • Choose the account you wish to transfer the funds to and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Enter the PIN you receive in either your email/ mobile phone and select ‘Submit’.
    2. External Transfer:
      • Click on ‘My Money’ on the left-hand sidebar and then click on ‘Withdraw Funds’.
      • Select a payment method: Credit/ Debit Card, Bank Transfer or E-wallet.
      • Select the PMC you wish to withdraw funds from.
      • Enter the currency and amount of funds you wish to withdraw.
      • Choose the recipient and Credit Card or Bank Details and select ‘Confirm’.
      • Enter the PIN you receive in either your email/ mobile phone and select ‘Submit’.
12. Will FXTM allocate funds to my strategies?
Yes, the FXTM PMD will identify which of the strategies you submit are suitable to use in its portfolios and allocate Investor funds accordingly.
13. How can I see how many clients are using my strategies?
Strategy Providers are unable to see how many clients are currently investing in their strategies. However, they are able to view the total amount of funds that have been allocated to their strategies. 
14. How is the Strategy Provider’s Fee calculated?
Strategy Providers receive a 20% compensation fee for their successful strategies. This fee may increase or decrease at the discretion of the PMD.
15. How often is the Strategy Provider’s Fee paid?
Strategy Providers receive their fee on a monthly basis.
In case of an early withdrawal from a profitable client or liquidation of a PAMM account, the Strategy Provider will receive a portion of the fee according to the number of days the client was actively investing in the strategy.
16. Where is the Strategy Provider’s Fee paid?
It is paid into the Strategy Provider PMC account.
17. What is the Leverage/Stop Out Level/Margin Call on PAMM Accounts?

18. What trading instruments can a Strategy Provider trade with?

19. Can a Strategy Provider trade CFDs on Commodities, Futures ETFs or Indices?
No, he cannot. Currently, trading on CFDs on Commodities, Futures ETFs or Indices is not available to Strategy Providers.
20. Are my strategies confidential?

Yes, they are. FXTM is a regulated broker and you can rest assured that all your strategies remain completely hidden from the public.

21. On which server do Strategy Providers trade?
Strategy Providers trade on the FXTM ECN server.
