1. How can I participate in a Promotion?
  1. Check out the Bonuses & Promotions section on our website, the Promotions section under ‘Promotions & Contests’ in MyFXTM or contact your Account Manager to inform you of our current Promotions
  2. Register for the Bonus/Promotion within MyFXTM
  3. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions of the Bonus/Promotion
  4. Make a deposit (if applicable)
  5. Your Bonus will be applied according to the Terms & Conditions of the Bonus/Promotion.
2. What are the typical errors related to Promotions?
  • You made a deposit before accepting the Terms and Conditions. Please contact our Customer Support team to resolve the issue
  • The amount you deposited does not meet the requirements of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion
  • You are already participating in another promotion. Clients can only participate in one Bonus/Promotion at a time.
3. Can I request a withdrawal if I participate in a Promotion?

Yes, you can request to withdraw funds at any time. However, depending on the Terms & conditions of the Promotion, if you submit a request to withdraw, this may result in the rebates being removed from your account.

4. I currently participate in a Promotion but I would like to switch to another one. How can I do it?
