In order to process your deposit as quickly as possible, we require the following information:
For each initial deposit from a new bank account, please provide a screenshot of your bank statement that clearly shows:
- Your name;
- Your account number; and,
- The transaction.
If your online banking service does not allow you to capture your name, account number and transaction in one screenshot, you can provide two screenshots.
If you provide two screenshots, the first must show your name and your bank account number, and the second should show your bank account number and the FXTM deposit transaction.
