China Union Pay Deposits: Payment Confirmation

In order to process your deposit as quickly as possible, we require the following information:

For each initial deposit from a new bank account, please provide a screenshot of your bank statement that clearly shows:

  • Your name;
  • Your account number; and,
  • The transaction.

If your online banking service does not allow you to capture your name, account number and transaction in one screenshot, you can provide two screenshots.
If you provide two screenshots, the first must show your name and your bank account number, and the second should show your bank account number and the FXTM deposit transaction.

How to take a screenshot using a PC
  1. Right-click on the address bar/ Url bar of the window where your online banking information is and ensure that the required information is visible in that window.
  2. On your keyboard, press and hold the “Alt” key followed by the “PrtScn” key.
  3. Your screenshot is now copied to the Clipboard.
  4. Open Paint (or any other image software you have. You can also use Microsoft Word).
  5. Click “Paste”.
  6. Click “Save As…” and you’re done!
How to take a screenshot using a Mac
  1. Make sure that all the required information is clearly shown in your online banking window before taking the screenshot.
  2. On your keyboard, press and hold the “Command” and “Shift” keys, and then press “3”
  3. The screenshot file will be automatically saved as a .PNG file on your Desktop. You can identify it by looking for with the date and time that you took the screenshot.
  4. Double-click on the file to open it in Preview and check that all of the required information is clearly visible.
  5. “Save As…” if you would like to save the file under a different title, and you’re done!
