Rebates & Commission Scheme

1. What rebates do you offer?

We offer a dynamic rebate scheme that adjusts your rebate % according to the volume traded on all of your referred accounts. The trading volume is calculated weekly, however, your dynamic % is updated simultaneously upon reaching the required level of traded volume.

The rebate is a percentage of the actual spread or commission charged to the account, depending on the account type. Please note that the scheme does not pay rebates for positions left open for less than 60 seconds.

Please contact your Account Manager for further details on the rebate scheme and any special rebate schemes which can be requested.

2. How many clients do I need to introduce before I can start receiving rebates?

You need to introduce at least one active client in order to start receiving rebates.

An active client is someone who closed at least one transaction in his trading account during the payment period.

3. What is the minimum number of lots needed to be traded before I can receive rebates?

There is no minimum requirement of lots traded for rebates.

If you have one client that trades even a 0.01 lot, you will still receive your rebates accordingly.

4. I can see two separate commissions in FXTM Partners, what’s the difference?
One is your Pending Commissions and the other one is your current Wallet Balance.
5. What do you mean by Pending Commissions?

Pending Commissions are accrued rebates from your referred clients’ trades during the current payment cycle.

You cannot withdraw these Pending Commissions until the current payment cycle ends and they are moved to your Wallet.

6. What is my Wallet?

Your Wallet contains all your paid commissions available for withdrawal or for transfer to a trading account to be used for trading.

7. When can I withdraw my commissions?
Commissions are paid every Monday and you can make a withdrawal from your Wallet whenever you wish as long as your Partner’s account with FXTMPatners is fully approved and you have commissions available for withdrawal in your Wallet.
8. I can see my commissions, however I cannot withdraw them. Why?

There could be a few reasons:

  • You may not have uploaded the required documents.
  • You may not have accepted the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Payment Terms accompanying the Introducers Agreement.
  • You may not have satisfied the rules of your current payment scheme which are outlined in the relevant Terms and Conditions of the Payment Terms accompanying the Introducers Agreement.

Please ensure that you have fulfilled the requirements outlined above and try again. If you have any questions or require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager.

9. Can I trade with the rebates that I have earned as an Introducer?

Yes, you can.

If you wish to trade with your rebates, please contact your Account Service Manager for further details regarding the transfer process from your Wallet to your trading account.

10. How can I withdraw my rebates?
You can choose to withdraw your rebates by transferring them via Bank Wire, MoneyBookers (Skrill), Neteller, WebMoney, PayPal, China Union Pay (for China) or to any of your own trading accounts.
