1. We will not accept deposits from third parties. The full name of the person making the deposit must match the full name of the person registered with FXTM. We will ask you to verify that your chosen deposit method is registered in your name.
2. The details that you enter in the payment providers website must match the details you entered when making the deposit in My FXTM. If these details do not match, then there may be a delay in processing your payment.
3. If your deposit is successful, it will be added to your FXTM account shortly. You may experience a delay if FXTM or the payment provider is unable to verify your details.
4. The exchange rate to local currency may change according to the local provider or your local bank rates.
5. All transactions made in a currency that differs from the currency of your FXTM trading account will be automatically converted at the FXTM conversion rate. Please see the FXTM conversion rate table for more details.
6. Our conversion rates are updated daily. Check here for the latest rates.
7. If the currency you make a deposit in is different from the currency of your chosen transfer method, then you may be charged a conversion fee before your money reaches FXTM. We will not be able to reimburse you these charges.
8. FXTM will not charge you fees or commissions on your deposit. However, please note that some transfer methods may charge you a fee before your money reaches FXTM. Please check before you make a deposit.
