Requirements

  • Languages required: English and Vietnamese
  • University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field)
  • 4-6 years’ work experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial sector
  • Excellent Communication skills (over the phone, one on one and in writing)
  • Excellent numerical/mathematical abilities
  • Excellent oral and presentational skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Very good organizational and administration skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work, interact and communicate with other team members and other departments
  • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis

Responsibilities & Duties

  • To recruit, train, manage the account manager (sales) for  the region
  • Supervise the regional office operation and business activities
  • Implement the company regional strategy and core values
  • To monitor and approve monthly/quarterly commissions while ensuring that team and individual sales targets and objectives are met
  • To enhance the processes, systems and features to support business growth
  • Dealing with major partners and clients relationship
  • Involve and lead the major negotiations with IB and regional partners
  • Enhance the IB recruiting, training, support and set up process
  • Work closely with marketing department to implement and promote sales and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Ability to reach monthly targets
