Langkah-Langkah Penyetoran Dana Melalui Neteller
- Klik bagian "Dana Saya" di sisi kiri menu MyFXTM. Anda akan melihat menu drop-down. Klik "Deposit Dana".
- Pilih NETELLER dari daftar metode deposit.
- Di formulir yang muncul, pilih akun trading dari menu drop-down "Deposit ke Akun". Pilih mata uang pilihan Anda di bagian "Mata Uang Deposit" dan masukkan jumlah yang ingin Anda setorkan.
- Cantumkan alamat email NETELLER dan alamat tempat tinggal Anda.
- Setelah mengisi semua kolom, klik tombol "Konfirmasi".
- Pastikan semua informasi Anda sudah benar, kemudian klik "Kirim".
- Anda akan diarahkan ke halaman NETELLER dan diminta untuk memilih negara dan masuk ke akun NETELLER Anda.
- Notifikasi pop-up akan muncul dan meminta Anda melakukan Autentikasi akun. Pilih salah satu opsi, via Ponsel atau Email dan Secure ID.
- Masukan kode yang diterima via opsi yang Anda pilih untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran.
- Anda bisa melihat status deposit Anda di bagian "Riwayat Transaksi " di MyFXTM. Status transfer Anda seharusnya "Sedang Diproses". Setelah deposit tersebut masuk ke akun trading Anda, status di MyFXTM akan berubah menjadi "Dana disetorkan ke akun".
Informasi Penting
1. You may only make a deposit from your own NETELLER eWallet.
2. No third party payments will be accepted.
3. The name and email address on your NETELLER account must match the name and email address on your trading account. If your NETELLER email address is different from the email address that you registered with FXTM, please add this information to "Your Details" in MyFXTM.
4. If a NETELLER transaction is made in a currency that is not supported (please check the table above for supported currencies), your deposit will be converted to the supported currency of your choice. Please note that NETELLER may charge a conversion fee. In the event that your trading account and deposit are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply as per the Conversion rates (login required) in MyFXTM.
5. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 5 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies). The maximum deposit amount is 10,000 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies) per transaction.
6. FXTM does not charge any commission for deposits made via NETELLER.
7. If your deposit is successful, it will be credited to your trading account. There may be a delay in the event that NETELLER and/or FXTM are unable to verify your information.

Langkah-Langkah Penarikan Dana Melalui Neteller
- Klik bagian "Dana Saya" di sisi kiri menu MyFXTM. Anda akan melihat menu drop-down. Klik "Tarik Dana".
- Pilih NETELLER dari daftar metode penarikan dana.
- Di formulir yang muncul, pilih akun trading dari menu drop-down "Tarik dari Akun". Pilih mata uang di bagian "Mata Uang Transfer". Masukkan jumlah yang ingin Anda tarik di kolom "Jumlah Untuk Ditarik".
- Periksa semua kolom yang wajib Anda isi. Isi informasi yang diminta kemudian klik "Konfirmasi".
- Anda akan menerima kata sandi pembayaran via SMS atau email ke alamat email yang terdaftar di MyFXTM. Kata sandi ini harus diisikan ke kolom yang sesuai, kemudian klik "Kirim".
- Anda bisa melihat status penarikan dana Anda di bagian "Riwayat Transaksi " di MyFXTM.
Informasi Penting
1. Funds cannot be withdrawn to third party accounts.
2. Withdrawals can only be made to the same NETELLER account that was used to deposit funds.
3. To withdraw funds via NETELLER, you must have deposited funds using the same method.
4. There is no minimum withdrawal amount per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount is 10,000 EUR (or the equivalent – see the table above for supported currencies) per transaction.
5. The withdrawal fee will be subtracted from the withdrawal amount.
6. Please check that you have adequate free margin in your account to cover the withdrawal amount. If your free margin is insufficient, you will have to close any open positions.
7. Trading profits can be withdrawn using NETELLER as long as the funds are being withdrawn to the same NETELLER account that was used to fund your trading account. Profits can also be withdrawn by bank wire, but we require a bank statement confirming the account holder's name, which must be identical to the name that you provided when you registered with FXTM.
