Responsibilities & Duties

Join our award-winning global team and advance your career as Business Development Manager for Latam. Proactively lead the Business developments in Latin and represent the company at conferences, expos and seminars

  • Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share
  • Develop, maintain and improve business relations with IBs, institutional accounts and new channels
  • Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster lasting relationships
  • Participate in exciting business trips in order to meet partners
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources



  • 3-5 years’ work experience in business development role or forex sales
  • Languages required: English, Portuguese and Spanish are a MUST
  • Excellent understanding of Latam market
  • Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Availability to travel more than 50% of time if necessary
  • Target-oriented and results-driven
