Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for development and continuous successful progress of company business in Indonesia.
Achieve preset monthly KPIs as set and approved by GHOS and CEO.
Source out and recruit suitable candidates for local work force in local offices in line with company strategy, relevant HOD needs and approved quarterly recruitment plan.
Ensure that local staff is adequate and sufficient for business growth needs and in line with company strategy for the region.
Ensure that local staff is up to company standards of professional knowledge and expected performance, at all times.
Ensure sufficient resources availability for local staff to perform assigned duties and avoid business flow disruption. (Including, but not limited to: office furnishings, IT equipment, network connectivity and financial resources).
Responsible for local staffs’ payroll and relevant costs as per local employment laws and regulations.
Responsible for local office budgets planning and usability.
