The company provides services to a wide range of different customer types including retail, business to business, institutional investors, portfolio management, introducers and in the near future, affiliates. Responsibilities & Duties

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The candidate will primarily be responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the Firm which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Recruitment:

  • Managing the recruitment process for the different roles for the local and global offices;
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates via different channels;
  • Providing quality candidates for consideration and Informing candidates about the results of their interviews in a timely manner;
  • Establishing global candidate networks and initiatives to generate high caliber CV database;
  • Drafting and advertising vacancies in a wide range of media such as online websites and forums;
  • Acting as a first point of contact for candidates;
  • Receiving and screening applications;
  • Requesting references and conducting background checks;
  • Organizing, conducting and coordinating interviews for candidates;
  • Establishing the recruitment strategy;
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics;
  • Research and implementation of recruitment system;
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs;

Requirements

  • University Bachelors degree
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in recruitment position
  • Previous experience in the financial industry, experience in Forex will be as an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail, stress resistance
  • Fluent written and spoken English
