Responsibilities & Duties

  • Take an active role in setting the HR framework and  system implementation governance;
  • Liaise between the Human Resources functional user groups and other stakeholders to help define, analyze and validate business processes/models and functional requirements and be able to translate those requirements into system solutions that are efficient and effective
  • Transform business requirements to technical specifications for the development team (if required);
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (system requirements, User documentation, processes description);
  • Manage implementation, enhancements and configuration of the system, according to new or changing business requirements and optimization initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing gap analysis between organizational needs and system configuration;
  • Support/monitor the system configuration, testing and associated change management;
  • Encourage and drive process improvement and integration within the HR organization;
  • Implement and administer the HRIS by managing the data collection, maintenance, security and integrity of the systems
  • Accountable for testing of system configuration changes, fixes and new release updates. This involves the understanding of complex system requirements and a thorough analysis of results
  • Act as a key contact with regards to HRIS systems to both internal users and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure proper communication to all levels of the organization;
  • Overall accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timelines and usability;
  • Participate in users training on the HRIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree;
  • 5-7 years related experience (business analyst or project manager in HR at the international company);
  • Experience with implementation of HRIS (SAP, Oracle or similar) in international setup  is required;
  • Exposure to case management and experience in implementation of a global HR /talent/performance/ compensation system is considered an asset;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Knowledge in Data Protection Legislation;
  • Ability to evaluate and specify business requirements and translate them into technical changes;
  • Ability to adjust to workload fluctuations based on the needs of the business;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Strong analytical thinking;
  • Ability to structure information, see what is really important and what is just feature “nice to have”;
  • Business acumen and understanding of HR internal processes
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Ready for business trips
