1. What is “MyFXTM”?

MyFXTM is your personal working space on ForexTime. Through MyFXTM you can perform the following actions:

  • Deposit/withdraw funds from your accounts
  • Download the trading platform
  • Upload your identification documents
  • Open as many Demo/Live trading accounts as you wish
  • Change the leverage of your trading accounts
  • Edit your personal details
  • View your transaction history
  • Submit an enquiry
2. How can I register for MyFXTM?
  1. To register for MyFXTM, click on the following link: http://www.forextime.com/register/open-account
  2. Follow the steps below:
    • Enter your contact details (a valid email and mobile phone are required for verification purposes)
    • Then click “Receive Pin Now – SMS & Email” to receive your PIN
    • Enter the PIN you received either on your phone or email in the new field that appears below
    • Tick the checkbox below if you agree with our Terms and Conditions
    • Click “Start Trading” to proceed to the final step
  3. Complete your registration details:
    • Choose your default account currency (EUR, GBP or USD)
    • Select the Account you want to register for
    • Select leverage for your account (this can later be changed within MyFXTM)
    • Select a Security Question and Answer in case you forget your password
    • Fill in your personal details and residential address
  4. Finally click Register to complete the registration process. Please note that a verification of your identification documents is required in order to start trading with us.
  5. To Upload your documents, login to MyFXTM and click the Documents button on the main Dashboard page or select "MyDocuments" from the menu on the left hand side.

3. Why do I see the message “Phone already exists or Email already exists” when I try to open a new account?

This means your phone or email address already exists in our system (the system will not allow you to register twice).

Please note that:

  • Each client is only allowed to register for MyFXTM once.
  • If you can already access MyFXTM and wish to open a new trading account, you should log in to MyFXTM and select the ‘Open Account’ button on your MyFXTM Dashbord, or select ‘My Accounts’ then ‘Open new Account’ from the menu on the left hand side.
  • If you can’t access MyFXTM or believe a third party is using your credentials please contact our Customer Support team via Live Chat.
4. Can I change my personal data and passwords after I register for MyFXTM?


Some of your personal information including your password for your MyFXTM account can be changed from within the “My Profile” section in MyFXTM. If however you want to change information which is not listed within the “User Profile” section then please  contact our Customer Support team who will advise you on how you can request for this information to be changed.
