1. What withdrawal methods do you offer?
To withdraw funds you can use e-Wallets, bank wires transfers, credit/debit cards and local payment solutions. A full list of the currently available payment methods can be found on our Withdrawal Options page.
2. How do I withdraw funds from my account in FXTM?

To make a withdrawal please follow these steps:

  1. Login to MyFXTM
  2. Click on ‘My Money’ then ‘Withdraw funds’ from the left-hand side menu.
  3. Select the payment method you will be using for your withdrawal by clicking the green ‘Withdraw’ button.
  4. Complete the form with the payment details.
  5. Submit a withdrawal request with the payment password received via SMS or via the email address you have registered with MyFXTM.
  6. Check the status of your withdrawal in ‘My Transfers’ found under ‘My Money’ on the left-hand side menu within MyFXTM. If the status of the request is set to "Processing", this means that your request has been accepted. Once the request status reads "Funds sent", it means that funds were sent to your source of funds.
3. What are the typical errors when withdrawing funds / typical reasons for declined transactions?
  • There was no trading activity from the last deposit
  • You have a non-withdrawable bonus on your trading account
  • Incorrect or incomplete Receiver’s data (IBAN, wrong SWIFT code, etc.)
  • There is not sufficient free margin available to cover your open positions
  • The payment method used for Withdrawal is different from the one used to make the Deposit
  • A Credit/Debit Card withdrawal cannot exceed the amount deposited via a Credit/Debit Card
4. How much time does it take to process my withdrawal request?

All withdrawal requests are processed by our Back Office Department within one working day, however the time required for the funds to be transferred will depend on the payment method used.

  • Bank Transfers are typically processed by us within 1 working day, however, it takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • Credit/debit card withdrawals are also normally processed by us within 1 working day but 10 working days are required for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • All other payment methods are usually processed by us in 1 working day.
5. What are the minimum/maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals?
These limits depend on the payment system you use to make the transaction. Please check our Deposits & Withdrawals page for more information.
6. For what countries do you have local payment solutions?
You can check our local payment solutions in the Deposits & Withdrawals page on our website and under ‘My Money’ in MyFXTM.
7. If I want to use a local solution for a deposit or withdrawal, how can I do this?
  • Please register for an account with us and provide the required documents to fully verify your account. You will then be able to see the local deposit & withdrawal options available to you.
  • Please contact to your Account Manager if you need more information.
8. I have made a deposit via bank wire but I don’t see the funds on my account yet. Why?

Please note that bank wire transfers normally take up to 3-­5 business days to be processed. If the funds still do not appear in your account after this period of time, kindly provide a payment confirmation of the transfer - ­scanned copy of the swift transfer – which you should request from your bank.
